1. Scope of Intelligence

At SUDSTUDY, we treat user data as critical infrastructure. Our privacy standards exceed commercial requirements because we understand that your intellectual journey is personal. We collect only what is necessary to power the Analogy Engine.

2. Information Nodes

We process three categories of data: Identity Nodes (Name, Email), Preference Nodes (Learning styles, Lore affinity), and Technical Nodes (IP address, Session logs). This data is used solely to optimize the educational experience.

3. Data Encryption

Your data is stored in air-gapped virtual environments protected by AES-256 encryption. We do not engage in the monetization or sale of user datasets to external advertising clusters.

4. User Sovereignty

Under the "Global Citizen Rights" protocol, you maintain full sovereignty over your data. You may request a complete data purge from our nodes at any time by contacting our Security Officer.
