All methodologies associated with the "Analogy Engine," "Lore Refactoring," and "Stars'Up" are the exclusive intellectual property of SUDSTUDY. Engaging with our services does not grant a license to replicate or reverse-engineer our narrative learning algorithms.

2. Service Protocols

SUDSTUDY operates as a consultant and educational engine. While our "Analogy Engine" maximizes retention and cultural relevance, academic success remains a collaborative effort requiring the user's active participation in the narrative.

3. Professional Integrity

Users are expected to utilize our platforms for professional growth. Any attempts to compromise our global nodes or bypass security layers will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

4. Partnership Liability

SUDSTUDY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our educational frameworks. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service rendered within the current billing cycle.
